Smiles & Victory at Every Turn!Which way will you go?

Rober Frost wrote a poem about a path with a fork in the road. http://poetrypages.lemon8.nl/life/roadnottaken/roadnottaken.htm It's a beautiful poem about the choice one makes in life. The part I really like is that the author says that he chose the path less trodden and that has made all the difference. It's the well trodden paths of life that are so sad and unfulfilling. It's the paths that seem to be unpopular that lead to success and happyness. It's the same way in God. The paths that we take can either take us closer to or further away from God.
The Bible says that the way of the transgressor is hard. It's a hard life to wake up in sin every day. It's a painful life. I remember a man at work who would show up every morning with a hangover. It was hard enough for me to just get up for work but this man had to get up with the woes of drinking all night. It's a hard life in sin. There's no mercy in sin. There's pleasure in sin for a season but once that season's gone things become very bad. When the party's over then there is pain, woe, failure, grief and on.
The same Bible says, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no man cometh unto the Father but my Me." There's good news tonight. God loves you and He made a way for you to be in fellowship with Him and that way is through the blood of Jesus Christ. The wages of sin is death, the bible teaches, but the gift of God is everlasting life through Jesus Christ.
God bless!
